2017 Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,
The Club’s AGM has been fixed for 4pm on Sunday 15 January 2017 at the Clubhouse, Effingham & Leatherhead Rugby Club, King George V Playing Fields, Effingham.
It is an important event as it lays the groundwork for the forthcoming season and provides Members with the opportunity to ‘have their say’ as to how the Club is run and what it spends its money on. There are several particularly important issues to be discussed this year including crucial amendments to the Club’s Constitution.
2016 was an important year in ECC’s development and 2017 could transpire to be even more so. I would therefore encourage everyone to come along and contribute to the discussion about the future of your Club.
