The ECB have released a National Clubs Strategy to support club development. As part of this, and alongside support from the Surrey Cricket Board, Effingham Cricket Club have put together our own development plan for the future. The purpose is to develop a vision for the club and produce plans to realise that vision. Plans will cover:
- Social – the playing of the game, volunteers and coaches
- Economic – Developing the finances of the club to ensure long term sustainability
- Environmental – Improving the facilities, both on and off the field
The development plan below has been produced by the club committee and is measurable, achievable, realistic and within a given time frame. We look forward to working on this with all members on the club in the coming years.
